For more than 30 years, I’ve worked across marketing, leadership, business, education and coaching. I’ve led marketing at board level, built and sold businesses, written books, lectured at various universities and coached leaders, founders and experienced professionals.
My own career hasn’t followed a straight line either. I’ve changed direction more than once, and each time I’ve learned the same lesson: you rarely need to start again - you need to understand how to use what you’ve already built.
That idea now sits at the heart of my work. I help people recognise the value in their experience, see new possibilities and turn what they already know into meaningful action.
My role is to help people recognise the value they’ve accumulated, translate it into a new context and turn it into meaningful action.
