Life has been a real challenge for all of us during the last 18 months and I know like many, I've experienced some real negative moments which have impacted on my professional and personal life.
Running my business can be incredibly challenging at times - but the rewards far outweigh the negatives - and I wouldn't want it any other way.
However, as life starts to ease and business moves back into some sort of normality, some are feeling rejuvenated and challenged, whilst other feeling disillusioned and lost.
